Cody Ullrich is a stand up and improv comedian, writer, and musician based out of Denver, Colorado. His stand up stylings play on the more fantastical and light-hearted side of observational comedy as well as real stories from his own strange life. Cody’s stage performances are intended for people from all walks of life as he finds humor in both shared experiences and experiences so universally absurd that audiences can’t help but laugh. As an author, Cody is included in the book Comedians are People, Too and is a former editor for Westish News. As an improv performer, Cody performs in Sweet Baby Sunshine, an act frequently featured at Rise Comedy in Denver. Cody has been seen across the festival circuit as part of High Plains Comedy Festival, Sno Jam, Vail Comedy Festival, Vermont Comedy Festival, Longmont Laugh Fest, Denver Fringe, FoCoMx, and more. As a host, Cody curates and performs in monthly showcases for Rotating Tap Comedy and is the creator and host of Whypothetical Podcast. When Cody is not performing stand up across the country, he can be found writing and recording music as Paper Shipwrecks.
